Lax It Up Fall Clinic

Back for year #10! The ultimate lacrosse competition at a great sports facility! "Lax-It-Up" will be hosted in Bedford, NY at Fox Lane High School starting September 9th. "Lax-It-Up" players will be divided into two divisions, with participants from a variety of town programs in the region. Laxers will be exposed to position specific training techniques, drills, and weekly games. All teams will consist of players broken up by age and skill level. The "Lax-It-Up" format gives participants the opportunity to interact with new players and to learn how to be successful in different playing situations.
Lax-It-Up Mission
At "Lax-It-Up" you will be surrounded by fellow "Fall Ballers" who are committed to excellence, in addition to a staff who will provide a foundation for greatness. The "Lax-It-Up" philosophy is to create an open learning environment built around a structure of positive reinforcement. Our coaches are trained to maximize your strengths, recognizing areas which need improvement, and provide the solutions necessary to make you a better player.
"Lax-It-Up" will provide an opportunity for players to improve their skills in real game situations. "Lax-It-Up" gives each player a chance to play competitively and learn the critical concepts of the game. Each team will be led by seasoned coaches who instruct during games and expose players to a variety game scenarios. "Lax-It-Up" gives players the opportunity to develop their skills during the fall season, learn from the very best, and have a blast along the way!

Divisions:
Division 1: 9:00am - 11:00am (ages 8-11)
Division 2: 11:15am - 1:15pm (ages 11-14)
*1 year olds who are more advanced should choose Division 2*
Cost: $295 before September 8th. $315 AFTER September 8th, NO EXCEPTIONS
